The focus of this study is to examine the challenges that English language teachers encounter when using Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) in rural areas. research utilized observations and interviews as data collection methods. Additionally, discovered students are unfamiliar with TBLT find it challenging adapt since they have been taught Grammar Translation Method (GTM) their initial days school. aims help overcome limitations implementing by assisting them overcoming barriers. It also provides new avenues for further can assist future researchers. findings indicate face numerous obstacles due insufficient training disparity between approach examination system used Punjab Boards. suggests government should arrange at all levels support effectively TBLT.
